In addition, there are three additional suggested roles that can enhance the JfL class experience.  These include:

Prayer Team Leader: Coordinates a prayer team committed to pray generally and specifically for all components and people involved with JfL training. Collects and distributes all specific prayer requests and needs from course members on a timely bases.

The above functions should be filled by committed leaders who are willing and able to carry out the reponsibilities of each role.  The number of people making up a Site Leadership Team is determined by each Jobs for Life site. Depending on the need and size of the class, a Site Leadership Team may be made up of one individual for each leadership function, or one person may fill up to two of the leadership functions. Detailed job descriptions, information and suggested guidelines for each Leadership function are included in the Jobs for Life Toolkit.
